What is included in a stay package?+
All packages include complimentary access to the swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor activities and resort grounds. Meal inclusions vary by package — see the Offers & Packages page for exact details.
Are rates per person or per room?+
Package rates are per person. Room rates (e.g. Standard Rooms) are per room, per night. Taxes are additional on all rates.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Times vary by package — for example, the Classic Overnight package runs 12 PM check-in to 10:30 AM check-out, while the Premium Full Stay runs 12 PM to 1 PM. See each package for exact timing.
